Hi! I’m Ashley, a bilingual speech-language pathologist serving the Houston, Texas areas. I believe communication is a fundamental human right, and everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, accepted, and empowered to express themselves confidently.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida in 2020 (Go Bulls!) and my Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!). From 2020 to 2023, I worked as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant while completing graduate school, gaining valuable experience in private practice, home health, and telehealth settings.
I’ve had the privilege of working with children who face challenges such as Autism, speech sound disorders, articulation disorders, apraxia, and receptive and expressive language delays. I am especially passionate about partnering with families to provide realistic and meaningful strategies that enhance communication skills and can be seamlessly integrated into everyday routines. Whether the goal is improving speech intelligibility or fostering language development, I strive to create therapy sessions that are functional, engaging, and tailored to each individual child.
